The opportunity:

KEY MISSIONS
Copy

Supports the Head of Brand and Content to ensure the distinctive Sephora tone of voice is maintained and localised for the UK audience.
Writing best in class copy for headline content for online and instore communications.
An oracle of, and cheerleader for tone of voicee, generating smart copyfirst ideas and campaigns.
Proofing and subediting contributor and content team copy.
Creating cheat sheets and newsletters for external teams and departments, including PR and social.
Managing workflow and supporting development of the Content Assistant

Content

Maintaining a strong relationship with the SEO team to support the delivery of rich, optimised content.
Writing briefs for, and managing the 360 process of Sephora franchise content
Supporting Head of Brand and Content with localised content production including briefing internal and external teams.
Creative production
Overseeing photoshoot schedule for content production
Working across departments to briefs are competed and deadlines are kept
Suppring Head of Content in managing postproduction timelines
Manaaging local content budget

Team

Setting up vendors as required
Manage team invoicing and expenses
Assisting with shoots and events when needed

REQUIREMENT
Knowledge & Skills

Passion for Sephora and a keen knowledge of the beauty landscape
Excellent copywriting and editing skills
Minimum 4 years experience
Demonstrated excellence in project & time management

Personality & Attributes

Passionate Sephora & Beauty and eager to share that passion with others
Self motivated, highly resourceful and solutionoriented
Strong ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fastpaced environment
Strong communication skills and ability to comfortably liaise with multiple internal and external teams
