Baltic Recruitment are working with a client based in Seaham, who are looking for experienced Production Operatives, we have a solid relationship due to having worked with them for several years.

Our client is a dynamic global electronics automotive supplier who designs complex components and systems for the automotive industry.

With a reputation for being an exciting place to work and grow, they now have production and manufacturing opportunities, within their world-class manufacturing facility.

The role is temp to perm contract.

They are a positive company, they express that a lot in the inductions, they would prefer staff to be upfront and honest.

They support mental health matters and anything personal that you have going on, the support is there.

JOB ROLE

Ready to take on new challenges as the business grows and the department develops.
Be a good communicator with the ability to form positive working relationships across all teams on site.
Be proactive in troubleshooting production issues and working with senior production operators to swiftly resolve issues.
Performing quality assurance checks and inprocess testing.
Performing routine maintenance and housekeeping on production equipment and within production areas.
Positively engage in continuous development and training on production processes
Be proactive in managing own workload ensuring prioritising of most time critical tasks.
Work in a busy production environment to achieve on time manufacturing of product to meet customer release dates.

This role is a fantastic opportunity as it is an ongoing position.

Baltic Recruitment are currently looking for Production and Assembly Operatives for clients based in the Seaham area.

Shifts:

Shifts will vary depending on the role you are interested in Day or night shifts available.

Pay Rate:

£ £20.14 per hour
