We are looking for an experienced Early Years Educator to join our team in Crewe.

We pay above the minimum wage. Y_
ou must have worked at least 12 months as a early years educator_

Shifts available Mon - Fri between 7am - 6.30pm 25, 30, 40 Hours per week or. 3 days 4 days or 5 days.

Overtime available

Duties and Responsibilities as a Qualified Early Years Educator

You must hold a minimum of L2 or L3 qualification in Childcare

We pride ourselves on a home from home environment and you will be working with an existing vibrant team. We en-devour to fully support and give on going coaching and training to all of out staff.

We are a small family run nursery. We listen support and guide all of the staff, ensuring that they fully equipped We strive to ensure all the children in our care achieve their full potential.

As an Early Years Educator you must be able to manage various activities suitable to the age range of children in your area in conjunction with other staff. Planning and preparing those age appropriate activities will be a key part of your role.

You must keep an up to date progress tracker file on your key children to document a learning journey, for parents/care givers.

You will be working with parents/caregivers of the children to give full integration in the Setting.

Support all staff and engage in a strong staff team.

You will need to be flexible within working practices of the setting and be prepared to help where needed, including to undertake certain domestic jobs within the setting, e.g. preparation of snack meals, cleaning of equipment, etc, including washing and changing children as required.

You must ensure the setting is a high quality that meets the needs of individual children from differing cultures and religious backgrounds, and stages of development and to be aware of the high profile of the Setting and to uphold its standards at all times.

Actively promote and support the safeguarding of children and young people in the workplace, ensuring Setting policies and procedures are observed at all times.

Full-time hours: 40 per week / 30 hours per week
