We're looking for an SEO Specialist who's an 'all rounder' in the SEO space and has the ability to work both strategically and executionally to help drive business growth via increased organic traffic to the woo website.
- Develop and own the SEO content strategy to improve visibility and traffic through the SEO marketing channel utilising both editorial and marketplace pages
- Drive the SEO roadmap across the whole website portfolio, ensuring a great experience for both users coming to the site from search engines and other relevant websites
- Create SEO optimised copy for key pages across the marketplace and editorial portfolio; everything from marketplace category pages to evergreen editorial content
- Optimise existing on page content in line with SEO best practice
- Focus on data and insights, with an impetus to share insights with other teams to help inform business and marketing strategy and decision making (e.g. detailed keyword research to SEO trends around seasonal shopping intent)
MINIMUM CRITERIA
- At least four years experience working in the SEO space
- Extensive knowledge of SEO and how to use data to make informed publishing decisions
- Excellent writing and communication skills and experience working within culture, fashion or beauty/lifestyle
- Experienced in using SEO data and best practice principles to inform content decisions
- Skilled in use of tracking tools, Google Trends and Google Search Console

- Action orientated with initiative to deliver effectively in a fast paced, collaborative environment
- Datadriven, analytical mindset experience working with data and insight to devise, evaluate and optimise strategy and activation based on data
- Ability to respond well under pressure and adhere to deadlines
- Commercially minded, with proven experience of delivering customer or business growth through marketing initiatives
- Problemsolver able to collaborate with diverse stakeholders such as customer care, tech development and insight towards implementing solutions.
- Creative "know how" with a grasp on what "good looks like"
