Working with a broad base of clients this boutique events agency designs, creates and delivers high quality engagement programmes & events to drive performance amongst customers, employees and channel partners.

Providing full event management, they work acrossa wide range of industry sectors delivering events including conferences, exhibitions, incentive programmes and team building events both in the UK and internationally.

The Role
From taking the brief directly from the client, delivering event logistics, creating the budget, and managing the various stakeholders, this is an exciting role in a growing agency with a focus on people, reward & recognition


Your main responsibilities willinclude:

  • Full end to end event logistics
  • Taking a detailed brief from the client
  • Attending client meetings if required
  • Writing and presenting event proposals
  • Liaising with and sourcing suitable venues
  • Managing external suppliers and stakeholders
  • Creating and reconciling event budgets
  • Ensuring smooth onsite delivery
  • Acting as key point of contact at a variety of events
