Search Consultancy are delighted to recruiting a new addition to our Leeds City Centre office for a Receptionist/Front of House Support Administrator.
Our team is made up of more than 400 individual experts, with specialisms in 21 different areas, across 15 offices.
We are growing quickly andlook for individuals who want to grow with us.As a Support Administrator you will operate within a busy office environment acting as a key support resource to deliver service across a range of business areas, both locally and nationally.
Key responsibilities will be varied across:
Reception/Front of House
- Ensure the switchboard is functional at all times
- Deliver effective interview room management to both internal and external clients
- Manage meeting room diaries, and allocation of rooms available
- Responsible for general housekeeping and cleanliness for the entire front of house area
- Ensure the required security standards are upheld regarding external visitors,
- Accurately record all visitors to reception in accordance with company standards
Administrative
- Responsible for courier deliveries & returns
- Oversee current accounts e.g. stationary, milk, florists, taxis & caterers, keep accurate records
- Allocate PO numbers
- Assisting with presentation documents,work books, tender documents etc.
- Contact for the site with facilities team, cleaners and landlords and 'Go To' for housekeeping and H&S issues
- Check First Aid boxes quarterly, keep complete to guidelines
- Ensure current H&S and other legislative notices are displayed properly
