As a HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our recruitment and retention processes, as well as providing generalist HR support to the Morris & Spottiswood Group of companies.

We are looking for someone with a proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.

Key Duties:


  • Employee Onboarding: Help facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed, and new employees feel welcomed and informed, delivering inductions where required.
  • HR Administration: Provide administrative support for various HR activities, including offers, payroll notifications and internal reports.
  • Effectively manage the leaver process by updating employee trackers, payroll reports, and conducting exit interviews in collaboration with HRBP.
  • Training and Development: Collaborate with the wider HR team to organise training sessions and development programs for employees.
  • HR Projects: Participate in HR projects and initiatives, contributing to process improvements and enhancing the overall HR function.
  • Employee Relations: Be a point of contact for employees, addressing general HRrelated queries and directing them to the appropriate channels when needed.
