An exciting opportunity has arisen for a
Supply Chain Administrator to join a fast-paced, progressive, and expanding global organisation in their modern Southampton central offices.
As a
Supply Chain Administrator, you will be supporting the busy Supply Chain Operations Team with checking requisitions, liaising with suppliers via the company portal, and updating purchase orders as required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administer transactions accurately and in a timely manner on the purchase order system.
- Raise purchase orders as per business requests and send to the supplier.
- Communicate with external suppliers via the company portal.
- Undertake ad hoc duties as required.
About You:
- High attention to detail, data input, and accuracy.
- Confident communicator.
- Previous supply chain and/or administration experience.
- Previous experience working with order management systems e.g. Oracle.
- Comfortable using Excel, formulae, pivot tables etc.
