Purpose of the Role:

On a typical day, you will be expected to:

engage in Health and Safety activity, produce components at the highest quality, deliver cell performance targets, conduct machine PPM, manage calibration, deliver improvement initiatives, and adopt development roles.


As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for:

  • Visually inspecting components to a visual standard
  • Loading and unloading various process equipment
  • Feeding back information to Manufacturing Engineer and team
  • Maintaining our excellent quality standards, being an integral part of our manufacturing process.
  • Work within strict HS&E guidelines, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Working as part of a team to deliver customer needs in a high volume, target driven environment to follow processes and procedures to a standard as already defined
  • Ability to work a multishift pattern including nights (payment included in salary offering)
  • An uptodate working knowledge of health, safety (including COSHH) and environmental procedures.
  • Experience of working in a Manufacturing Environment (ideally working in an operator role within in a volume manufacturing environment with experience of working with Nickel and Steel Alloys).
  • Ability to read and interpret design drawings/manufacturing instructions would be desirable.
  • We work within a cuttingedge manufacturing facility, so a basic IT knowledge is essential
