Job Purpose:


Based within a chilled warehouse, the Business Support Operative is responsible for assisting in the checking and verifying of operational tasks undertaken on a daily basis.


Key Tasks / Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring stock integrity
  • Investigating missing stocks
  • Supporting the pick team in finding missing stock items during pick process
  • Assisting admin team when customers are querying pallets counts/dates/SKU's and need timely responses
  • Assisting admin team in any customer requestsie taking a photograph of a product. Isolating stock.
  • Supporting the management team with new product launches ensuring pickers are aware of the new SKU's
  • Constructive feedback to management team about operational concerns

Skills / Abilities / Knowledge / Experience

  • Current warehouse picking experience preferably on scanner
  • Proven track record working in a Warehouse
  • Conversant with warehouse processes
  • Experience in a chilled environment
  • Organisation and communication skills

Behaviour / Attitude

  • Self motivated
  • Good team player
  • Flexibility of hours/shifts essential
  • Positive can do attitude

Salary:
£11.50 per hour
