  • An excellent teacher in their own right, who consistently leads by example and is adept at supporting and developing teachers and students.

improvement.- Able to lead a team of tutors and line manage an Assistant Head of Year.

The successful applicant will be energetic and enthusiastic and enjoy working with 11-16-year-olds. You will enjoy nurturing young people to grow in confidence and flourish personally.
