Job Advert:

Early Help Practitioners provide and coordinate structured support and intervention to help families overcome barriers and achieve positive outcomes.

Experience of direct work with children, young people and their families within homes, schools and community settings is required. Experience of working with teenagers will be advantageous.

There are two vacancies, one to cover maternity leave, and another to cover a secondment.
