A leading UK & Global Bank is looking to further scale their internal digital products and services.This will be a hybrid/psuedo digital communications and martech product owner type opportunity, where you will be driving ongoing adoption and optimisationof various digital initiatives.
You will be stepping into a tight knit, collaborative team of digital high performers with an overall focus on digital adoption and engagement.
Reporting to the VP of Digital Channels, your highly dynamic and strategic day-to-day will involve leading operational management, development, governance and digital channel effectiveness when it comes to delivering a best in class digital experience forinternal colleagues and stakeholders.
Working highly cross functionally with various internal departments, strong stakeholder communications at all levels will be key, as you will be operating within a highly complex, matrix reporting type environment.
- 5+ years commercial digital experience, ideally within digital marketing, martech, digital product, digital communications or digital channels management.
- Experience working with 3rd party vendors (technology and agency partners)
- Prior experience with various martech, CMS and intranet platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sharepoint Online, Poppulo, Yammer or other similar enterprise systems.
- A desire to step into a renowned global bank and corporate environment where you will be driving best in class digital experiences.
