Description

The Internal Sales Account Co-ordinator will be one the main points of contact for our Plumbing & Electrical Wholesalers and Catering Equipment Suppliers in North of UK.

The role will involve Internal Account Management and Sales Support to 3 x Business Development Managers.

Day to day activities will include:

Inbound/Outbound Sales Calls
Tender Enquires
Quotations
Spare Part Enquiries
Lead Management
Order Related Enquiries
Data Management
Reporting

Experience in:

Relationship Building
Outbound Sales Calls
Negotiation Skills
Managing Data
Lead Management
Problem Solving
Utilisation of modern prospecting methods
Sales KPIs

Experience in the following would also be advantageous, however full training shall be provided:

Salesforce or similar CRM systems
Understanding Mechanical / Architectural Drawings and Tender Documents
Microsoft Office
Glenigan
Excellent Communication & Relationship Building Skills
