Sales Executive £28,000 (OTE £40,000) + Company Car + Additional Benefits
Location:
Milton Keynes
A fantastic sales role where you'll be managing the full sales cycle, from converting leads, securing the new business, to growing and developing the accounts that you bring onboard.
New business leads will arrive from a variety of sources, as well as that,all existing account development will enable you to will grow your pipeline of business.
Our client are market leaders within their industry and sell into SMEs across multiple industries and are seeking resilient, money motivated individuals to join theirthem
This is not a stagnant role, progression opportunity will arise, where you could look to step up into roles such as a Key Account Manager or Senior Business Development Manager.
On a daily basis, you can expect to be client facing, attending customer visits half of the time, then working alongside the wider sales team in the office whilst not traveling around the surround areas.
The role:
- Convert new business leads into new customers, maximising the sales opportunities of each customer thoroughly exploring their needs and requirements.
- Key account management of the customer accounts that you bring on board, as well as several of the dormant accounts that require attention to ensure they continue to grow.
- Attend customer visits with existing and new potential customers, selling in a consultative manner to ensure all customers' requirements are met.
- Attend events/trade shows where you can network with new potential customers to grow your personal and professional network.
- Working closely with other internal departments identifying potential sales opportunities from any avenues around the business, including the project team.
- All training will be provided in house, in additional with a clear, personal development plan and constant 121 meetings with the Sales Manager.
What is required from you?

Full Drivers Licence:
- Previous Outbound experience, in a phonebased role
- A variety of prior experience will be considered, previous roles could include B2C Sales, B2B Sales, Recruitment, Estate Agency etc
- A resilient, hunter approach to sales, constantly chasing new opportunities, whilst equally being able to develop existing accounts, maximising their potential.
- A willingness to grow your career with a fast paced company who will support your personal development.
- A curious mindset to sales, with a keen nature to explore any opportunities where sales development might occur.
