We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Night Porter to join our team at the Crewe Arms Hotel in Crewe.

As a Night Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the hotel during the night hours.

• Ensure the security and safety of the hotel and its guests during the night shift.
• Handle guest enquiries and requests during the night shift.
• Set up the restaurant for Breakfast
• Ensure that the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
• Carry out regular patrols of the hotel to ensure that all areas are secure.
• Respond to any emergency situations that may arise during the night shift.
• Set up and clear away conference and banqueting facilities as required.
• Assist with any other duties as required by the hotel management team.
• Various Cleaning duties

• Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good problemsolving skills.
• Flexibility to work night shifts on a rota basis.
• A valid driving license would be advantageous.
