OUR TEAM LEADERS - THE ROLE


Our Team Leaders work as part of the team in theproduction and packing of products in line with all training provided in a safeand efficient manner.

They support theTeam Manager to ensure the safe and efficient running of the production linesand deputising for the Team Manager as required.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) experience
  • Strong attention to detail to maintain our highquality standards.
  • Excellent team player with good communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including the possibility of shift work.
  • Experience in leading a small team.
