Role:
After school club playworker

Location:
Emsworth

Days:
Monday to Friday

Salary:
Up to £9.50 (aged 17+)

Hours: 3pm to 6pm (15 Hours - Potential to work more)

We are seeking playworkers (aged 17+) that enjoy working with children aged 4-11.

You might have worked or currently work in a preschool; work as a teaching assistant; lucnhtime assistant or just have experience working with children through other means.

Main duties include:

To work collaboratively with the Active8 Minds team onsite.
To ensure all activities have been appropriately planned and all resources are available
To ensure all children have fun and are engaged with the activities
Ensure all activities are risk assessed and adhere to company policies and procedures
Ensure children have access to regular refreshments and ensure that hygiene, health and safety standards are met.
Administering first aid when necessary.
Facilitating good communication with all members of the organisation, parents, schools and childcare and play related agencies.
Undertaking appropriate and relevant training.
Keeping the work environment healthy, safe and secure.
Working within the framework of the club's policies and procedures
