Job Purpose
The HR Systems Coordinator is accountable for various PMO activities as described below.
This role will work as part of a small team in a cross functional manner across all HR systems, processes and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Work on projects and other activities as directed by the HR Systems Director
- Support the HR System Director during meetings, recording notes/actions and further follow up on action items.
- Manage delivery of assigned tasks and queries within scope of personal and team workload and agreed handoffs
- Have a proactive and collaborative approach, working with HR colleagues and stakeholders to ensure timely and professional delivery
- Work on 'Agile teams' to support project activities
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in processes and systems
- Use the case management and HR system to record and maintain accurate records about activities and tasks undertaken and update HR Systems Director as required
Qualifications:
- Expert in MS Excel, Word and PPT
