The main purpose of this role is to take full ownership of the end to end premium receivable collections for a Chubb EMEA Network Partner accounts
The role is based in Glasgow and is part of a team of 2 reporting to Multinational Credit Control Team leader.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver Due, Overdue and Inadmissible premium, Unapplied and Unallocated Cash and Claims results ensuring that any issues preventing attainment are raised to the MN Credit Control Team Leader.
Undertake the management of a Network Partner Account Portfolio and be responsible for the collection of outstanding debt, and oversight of all cash reconciliation.
Work with and support the offshore Credit Control team and MN Credit Team Leader, providing clear information and a point of contact for any issues they may have.
Act as a primary contact point to resolve all Credit Control issues relating to the assigned EMEA Network Partner portfolio including, but not limited to the Collection of Premium, Claims and the clearance of Cash received including the liaison with Network Partners, Global services, Operations, Claims, Finance and third parties.
In collaboration with the MN Credit Control Team Leader, review processes and procedures on a regular basis in order to identify efficiency gains, documenting and rolling out where required.
Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley control documents relevant to the team and ensure that they are maintained in accordance with company guidelines.
Qualifications:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Multinational, Captive & Non Captive knowledge.
Insurance market experience for a Broker, Insurer or Network Partner
Credit Control experience handling premium receivables.
Process improvement experience.
Customer Service orientated
Demonstrable ability to communicate consistently and effectively with people at all management level
Commercial acumen
High orientation to timely delivery
