We are currently looking for a motivated, committed and hard-working Retail Team Leader to join our company.

The role involves:

- _Ensuring your team provides excellent customer service at all times_
- _Securing and exceeding store sales_
- _Training and developing the team through feedback_
- _Building strong customer relationships to continue growth_
- _Maintaining high standards of the site including back of house_
- _Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are adhered to at all times_
