Key Responsibilities

Develop Marketing Strategies:

  • Collaborate with the team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Analyse customer insights, sales data, and marketing metrics to optimise campaigns and strategies.
  • Developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the brand's objectives.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, make datadriven recommendations for optimisation, and report on key metrics.

Execute Marketing Campaigns:

  • Create engaging content for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, website, social media, and advertisements.
  • Monitor and track campaign performance, analyse data, and make datadriven adjustments to maximise results.

Brand Management:

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and standards.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers to ensure brand compliance.

  • Monitor social media channels, respond to customer enquiries and feedback, and manage online reputation.
  • Work closely with web developers to ensure proper implementation of technical SEO elements.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop SEOdriven content strategies that align with target keywords and audience intent.
  • Optimise content for search engines, including keyword placement, relevancy, and readability.
  • Identify opportunities for guest keynote event speakers, article or eBook collaborations, and partnerships to enhance offpage SEO.
  • Instructing the creation of engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including images, videos, infographics, and written copy.

  • Prepare regular reports on customer experience, marketing activities, and campaign results, providing insights and recommendations.

Collaborative Teamwork:

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including sales, product development, and creative teams, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Personal Specification

  • Proven experience 2 years as a Marketing Officer or a similar marketing role.
