Key Responsibilities
Develop Marketing Strategies:
- Collaborate with the team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Analyse customer insights, sales data, and marketing metrics to optimise campaigns and strategies.
- Developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the brand's objectives.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, make datadriven recommendations for optimisation, and report on key metrics.
Execute Marketing Campaigns:
- Create engaging content for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, website, social media, and advertisements.
- Monitor and track campaign performance, analyse data, and make datadriven adjustments to maximise results.
Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and standards.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers to ensure brand compliance.

- Optimise content for search engines, including keyword placement, relevancy, and readability.
- Identify opportunities for guest keynote event speakers, article or eBook collaborations, and partnerships to enhance offpage SEO.

Collaborative Teamwork:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including sales, product development, and creative teams, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
