Position Summary


The Sales support Coordinator will form part of a dynamic team where professional growth and development forms part of our strategic approach to ensure that we maintain to be a supplier of choice by our customers.

They will be required to maintain a close long-term relationship with existing customers through development and growth.


The Sales support Coordinator role includes aspects of processing enquiries and orders for spares equipment under guidance from the Sales Manager.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Deal with customer standard requirements i.e. Price requests, RFQ'S and after sales spares.
  • Hold/meetings with customers over MS Teams to discuss recent and future business opportunities
  • Compile quotations & cost estimates based on input from existing team.
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all enquiries / bids.
  • Follow up on quotations and liaise with customers on future prospects.
  • Carry out other reasonable duties as requested.

Essential qualifications, experience and knowledge

  • Proven passion for customer service and the drive to learn
  • Excellent and confident communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good attention to detail, with great listening skills
  • Motivated by working in a fastpaced environment
  • Selfmotivated and uses own initiative
  • Ability to work to deadlines and work under pressure
  • Highly organised, and able to prioritise business tasks and goals
  • Proficient IT skills with working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong team player

Desirable qualifications, experience and knowledge

  • Previous experience of working in B2B sales or telesales environment
  • Some knowledge of the Industrial service market and key customers and their activities and the value chain
  • Experience of working with international customers
  • Knowledge of export procedures

This position is office based
