Customer Service Administrator

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Night Customer Service Administrators to join a leading Logistics company in their Head office based in Chineham Basingstoke.

This is a temp to perm position. Working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern 7pm - 7am.

Responsibilities as a Customer Service Administrator:

  • Logging queries on the companies CRM system
  • Dealing with any live issues and investigating discrepancies
  • Completing specific trackers and performance reports
  • Collate information and update business system
  • Building and maintaining solid relationships with depots and customers

Requirements for this position:

  • Previous experience in a customer facing role
  • Confident speaking over the phone
  • Experience and knowledge of Microsoft packages

This position is working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 7pm - 7am and paying £12 per hour.

We also have an afternoon position working 2pm - 2am and paying £11.50 per hour
