It's often the things you can't see that need special attention when cleaning.

Hygiene can often be pushed down the priority list when the pressure is on. Not so with this leading dairy nutrition business. Uncompromising food safety, hygiene, and quality standards, continually reviewed and improved are expected here.
The role of hygiene management is often overlooked. It takes strength of character, a calm approach, and meticulous standards to do the job well.

Here you will be a valued senior member of the site, working closely with a highly respected Technical Manager; having a manager who is on-side can make all the difference.


You'll be heading up a small team of six Hygiene Operatives in addition to working closely with operations, engineering, and production staff to ensure validation and optimisation of factory CIP systems.


We're looking for strong micro understanding, backed up by a science qualification or equivalent, along with a minimum of three years' experience, supported by a combination of recognised CIP, hygiene, and micro qualifications.
