Why we need you:

Working with the Head of Execution and Regulatory Services and internal stakeholders, you will maintain and enhance a robust and efficient operating model with regard to all Client Asset regulatory requirements and ongoing maintenance process for all Global Shares customers.

You will ensure Global Shares meets all regulatory requirements in relation to Client Assets, including through the sponsorship of various development projects and establishing metrics to measure success and drive the operational efficiency of all aspects on CASS to reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction.

What you will do:

• Manage all client asset activity
• CASS reconciliation, Statements, Asset servicing across all Global shares jurisdictions
• Line management of Analysts / Mangers and others teams as required to meet all regulatory and operational demands.
• Oversight and control of all Global Shares activity in relation to Asset Management and ongoing maintenance
• Drive the operational efficiency of all aspects on CASS to reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction.
• Establish and manage Client Asset function.
• Work with relevant teams ensure CASS is continually reviewed to remain complaint at all times.
• Manage and ensure Global Shares is alltimes compliant with relevant CASS legislation and internal Group Policy.
• Building relevant and maintaining relevant procedures, processes and report frameworks
• Prepare and review all relevant reports
• Maintain an annual activity plan
• Ensuring complaint custody asset and client money reconciliations (CASS)
• Identifying and managing risks in relation to the management of client assets
• Identify, document and escalate CASS breaches, collaborate with wider business to implement preventative controls
• Remaining up to date with industry changes from a CASS compliance perspective across all aspect of Global Shares asset management
• Ensuring all CASS process are mapped and documented
• Maintaining the first line of defense of compliance ensuring individual adherence to business processes and procedures and supporting change initiatives, assessing the impact on CASS process ,
• Manage all internal stakeholders
• Lead strong governance and controls across all of Global Shares and actively contribute to the governance and management and work in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Operationsand Product teams to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure.
