- Provide effective and tailored EYFS, KS1, and KS2 teaching support
- Nurture a healthy and positive learning environment
- Collaborate with teaching staff to assess student progress and devise action plans
- Contribute towards the development of teaching materials and resources
- Support students with special educational needs to ensure their full participation in class activities.
- Previous experience as a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant
- Proficient knowledge of the EYFS, KS1, and KS2 curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive approach towards problemsolving
- A strong team player who can also work independently as required
- An Enhanced DBS Check.
