Regent Property are a dynamic and fast-growing agency, offering a complete service for investors, incorporating Lettings, Property Management, Sales, Furniture, Maintenance, Refurbishment and Block Management.


We are now recruiting for
enthusiastic & hardworking Viewing Assistants to support our Lettings team during the busy Summer period.


This role is offered on a fixed-term basis, from June to October, and would be ideal for someone looking to gain real work experience over the Summer and take their first steps within the Property industry.


You will report into our London office, based near Waterloo, and will spend the majority of your time travelling around the city to conduct viewings.

No driving license is required for this role as we use public transport.


Joining our Lettings team, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Carrying out viewings
  • Administrative and general office duties
  • Any other adhoc requests as required

The role:


  • Fixedterm contract from June through to October
  • Fulltime hours, 5 days per week, the occasional Saturday may be required
  • 29 days holiday on a prorata'd basis (inclusive of bank holidays)
  • Additional day off on your birthday

Job Type:
Fixed term contract

Contract length: 5 months


Salary:
Up to £22,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London, SE1 9PL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
