Our finance division are looking for a Credit Controller to join the wider credit function, to take ownership of ledgers and the collection of finances.
You will play a vital part in building and fostering relationships with our customers and ensuring the smooth running of the accounts and timely recovery of payments to the business.

Every day you will
- Manage effective collection of all debts and customers payments, maintaining contact with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment and resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices. Meeting cash & debtor targets set by the company
- Work cross functionally between the credit control, payroll, and sales department to ensure that credit issues are resolved smoothly
- Handle disputed bills and negotiate to bring payment within the agreed terms, respond promptly and completely to both client and internal enquiries
- Undertake account reconciliations as required, providing accounts information to internal departments when needed
- Contact customers to ensure all relevant debts are managed as necessary and providing updated statements

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with Excel, operating at an intermediate level
- Experience managing large ledgers
