A leading Commercial Law firm is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Paralegal to join their team. The role is based at their Chester office.

The Role:

You will be working predominantly within the Contentious Probate team dealing with a range of trust and probate disputes.

This is therefore a fantastic opportunity for anyone with general Civil Litigation experience who is looking to expand their skillset andknowledge within a niche but excellent area of law in which to build a successful career.

You will be working with a leading and experienced Partner within this field dealing with complex and high value estate and trust disputes.

You will ideally have at least 12 months experience working within a law firm dealing with general Civil Litigation matters (non PI).
You will have strong academics and can show an interest in working within Contentious Probate.
You will be well organised, have strong attention to detail and have excellent time management skills.
You will be empathic and understanding.
