Premier Education eagerly invites you to join our team as an Enrichments / CQI Lead. In this role, you'll not only promote Premier Education's extensive range of products but also spearhead Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives, shaping the future of educational enrichment


Position Summary:


As our Enrichments / CQI lead, you'll be at the heart of our mission to elevate performance standards and ensure the delivery of exceptional programs.

Your dynamic responsibilities span coaching staff, assessing performance, engaging potential clients, and crafting enriching experiences for children.

Be a part of something truly special as you champion Premier Education Professional Standards (PEPs) and drive innovation in program delivery.


Key Responsibilities:


Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI):


  • Inspire growth and excellence through coaching sessions and performance assessments.
  • Nurture talent by providing constructive feedback and fostering professional development.
  • Lead by example with inhouse CPD sessions, enhancing team expertise.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding for new staff members, setting them up for success from day one.

Enrichments Lead:


  • Excite potential clients with the vast array of enriching experiences offered by Premier Education.
  • Empower schools with unique activities like Lacrosse, Archery, Fencing, Handball, and more.
  • Tailor programs to meet the physical activity needs of schools and communities.
  • Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders, ensuring everyone feels valued and informed.

Additional Requirements:


  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and obtain necessary clearances required for working with children in educational settings.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate program schedules and events.

Pay:
£25,155.00-£26,325.00 per year
