Our customers are a broad range of businesses including Financial Services, Not-For-Profits, Property and Media. Our teams are located internationally across London, Tallinn and Sydney.Sysynkt is seeking a Solution Consultant based in London to join our global team.
As a Solutions Consultant you'll play a key role in the implementation of the software for new and existing customers.
Fostering trusted relationships during client projects, you'll help engage with clients and users through the entire project cycle, as well as through providing ongoing support and training, all while advocating for the development opportunities and enhancements to our product.
The ideal Solutions Consultant is tech savvy with a good understanding of accounting principles and a desire to deliver human-centric solutions for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Successful deliver product implementations for new and existing customers as part of a project team, with involvement in all stages of the implementation cycle (discovery, design, build, golive and support).
- Work closely with the Support & Technical teams to enhance the core product and help shape the design and direction of product's capabilities.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, provide insights, propose solutions to challenges and clearly communicate (written and verbal) with clients and the rest of our organisation.
- Ability to handle concurrent projects and proactively prioritise competing demands.
Required
- 3+ years' experience in implementing or managing business systems (eg. CRMs, ERPs)
- Accounting knowledge, familiarity with accounting principles and processes, including Procurement, AR, AP, Banking and Reporting
- Open to embracing new technologies.
- Ability to effectively engage with a range of stakeholders, from endusers through to headsoffinance and directors.
- You'll be expected to travel to customers' offices from time to time.
Desirable but not essential
- Experience with Infor SunSystems or related companion products.
- Any coding or database skills would be viewed favourably.
Salary:
£35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
