Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
  • Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
