Registered Manager Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager with a passion for care. Working within home care, supported living and outreach services for people with learning disabilities and mental health for adults and young people

As a registered manager, you will be responsible for the growth and development of the care service ensuring the delivery of outstanding quality care.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Proven track record in providing the highest quality of service.
- Experienced in leading a team to provide high quality care across Home Care, Supported Living and Outreach departments.
- Possess the drive and motivations to develop care services.
- Manage the daytoday workloads of the team leads across the three departments.
- Demonstrate strong influencing skills and are commercially aware.
- Previous experience of completing tenders is beneficial but not essential.
- Possess strong organisation and planning skills.
- Experienced in oversight of weekly rotas, care planning, risk assessments and personcentred plans.
- To participate in staff and quality management review meetings as directed by the Directors.
- Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of CQC guidelines and ensure that continued CQC compliance is maintained.
- Lead the dedicated staff team and ensuring they feel supported and valued.
- Lead the quality assurance department in all CQC audits.
- Ability to use Word, Excel, and worked with an electronic monitoring system.
- Available to provide back up support every other weekend is essential.
- Flexibility and commitment to meet the demands of the business
Requirements
- Lives within a 40minute commute of StokeonTrent and able to work every other weekend. (Essential)
- Full UK Driving licence and vehicle. (Essential)
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or willing to work towards. (Essential)
Salary
£30,000 per annum with CQC registration, £27,000 without, salary will increase once registration and probation period complete.
Hours
40 hours a week
