Are you someone who is confident on the phone, motivated and have a upbeat personality? If you have a Customer Service background regardless of the sector and are immediately available, we have the job for you

Offering an immediate start, full time hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with no weekend, paying £9.50 per hour with onsite free parking and an ongoing temporary assignment.

What will you be doing as a NHS Customer Service Support Officer?

  • Being the 1st contact for NHS staff who need assistance resolving issues with their payslips
  • Using your great customer service skill to take full details about what the issue is and update it on the systems
  • Discussing confidential payroll and wage issues with NHS staff
  • Using your great attention to detail skills to pass onto correct departments
What skills and experience would you need as a NHS Customer Service Support Officer?

  • Enjoy using your confidant telephone manner and personality into the calls
  • Have worked in a Customer Service, Administration or Data Entry positions
  • You enjoy having a laugh, are chatty and bubbly and work hard
