Price Davis is an established and forward thinking accountancy practice based in Painswick, easily accessible from Cheltenham, Gloucester and Stroud.

We are keen to recruit a Personal Tax Senior to work with our varied Personal Tax clients.

This is a perfect opportunity for an enthusiastic, driven individual to progress and grow the Personal Tax Department of a growing practice.

The role will include:

• Preparation of personal tax returns including sole trader, partnership and rental accounts.
• Preparation of capital gains tax computations for inclusion within self

- assessment returns, together with completion of 60-Day CGT declarations to HMRC.

• Liaising directly with HMRC regarding personal tax matters, checking and understanding HMRC statements, online portal and related actions.
• Building and maintaining client relationships.
• Researching, analysing and interpreting changing UK tax legislation.
• Other duties such as required by the business owner.

Essential Skills & Personal Attributes:

• Ability to plan and manage own workload, understanding the importance of managing a varied workload with strict deadlines.
• Experience working in practice.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build good working relationships and liaise with clients on a daily basis.
• Qualified by experience will be considered.
• Strong IT skills including MS Office in particular MS Excel.

£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
