Description

Our client, a leading car motor group are currently looking for a
Sales Administrator to join their business based out of their
Crewe main dealership.


As a
Sales Administrator you'll need a keen eye for detail and need to ensure all vehicle documents are correct and that FCA regulations are met.

You will work closely with Sales Executives to ensure our customers receive the best possible service when it comes to vehicle handover.


About the role of
Sales Administrator:


  • Liaise with the Sales team and process vehicle orders in line with sales order, demonstrators or showroom stock requirements.
  • Liaise with Sales team and completes sales invoicing, ensuring all costs are included.
  • Complete all predelivery related administration (e.g. vehicle registration, insurance, road tax)
  • Manage the stock management system, reporting any technical problems as necessary.
  • Keep stock list records complete and up to date
  • Advise the Sales team on matters regarding stock activity so that they are always aware of the current stock status.
  • Provide appropriate data input for centre financial reporting and customer database management purposes.

Experience Required to be a Sales Administrator

  • Be an experienced Sales Administrator within an independent garage or main dealer
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience of managing your own workload
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisation and time keeping skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00 per year


Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
