AXA Global healthcare's Sales and Distribution team have a unique opportunity for someone to join as a Sales Coach to support it's call centre Sales Team, selling to high net worth individuals.

With a good understanding of the sales process, this role will enhance the capabilities of the sales team through learning interventions so that they are best placed to deliver excellent levels of service to our customers.


What you'll be doing:


  • Working with our Sales teams in the UK and EU
  • Deliver side by side coaching on both soft and sales skills
  • Running mini workshops to enhance performance
  • Innovating and creating new sales techniques to refresh sales teams
  • Create and distribute to the team guides on objection handling, closing sales, and end to end processes
  • Write and design call guides to stream line sales process and best practice by collaborating with internal teams such as compliance & training
  • Motivating sales teams and supporting them to over deliver on targets
  • Identifying training needs and liaising with the distribution training team.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders i.e. Sales managers on the needs of their team
  • Provide ongoing support to Individual sales teams to reach their overall targets
  • Travel to our EU office in Dublin to support our Individual team based there (semiregular travel)

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in supporting development through coaching
  • Experience in call centre environment
  • Demonstrate a good working knowledge of the sales processes and systems
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and people skills with an ability to influence
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Data analysis, modelling and interpretation skills
  • Experience in the Health Insurance industry a, Financial Services / IPMI exposure will be beneficial


As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
