Are you a talented and experienced NetSuite Consultant looking for an exciting opportunity in the Ed-Tech space? We have an excellent position available for a skilled individual to join our client's dynamic team as a NetSuite Consultant on a 6-month contract basis.

As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a NetSuite Consultant to play a key role in their digital transformation journey.

Job Description:

As a NetSuite Consultant, you will be responsible for migrating the organization's financial processes from QuickBooks to NetSuite, a cloud-based ERP system.

Additionally, you will integrate their custom CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with NetSuite, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient operations.

You will work closely with stakeholders, including the finance and technology teams, to understand their requirements and implement customized solutions.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for the migration from QuickBooks to NetSuite.
Design and execute a comprehensive migration plan, ensuring data integrity and mínimal disruption to financial operations.
Configure and customize NetSuite modules to meet the organization's specific needs, including Financial Management and Order Management.
Integrate the custom CRM system with NetSuite, enabling streamlined data flow and automation.
Develop and execute testing plans to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the implemented solutions.
Provide training and support to endusers, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working closely with the IT team and NetSuite support when necessary.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of handson experience with NetSuite implementation projects, including migrating from QuickBooks to NetSuite and integrating custom CRM systems.
Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, with expertise in configuring NetSuite's Financial Management module.
Proven experience in integrating NetSuite with thirdparty systems, specifically CRM platforms.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and design custom solutions within NetSuite.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Detailoriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
Selfmotivated and able to work independently, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
NetSuite certification(s) preferred.

Duration:
This is a 6-month contract position, with the possibility of extension based on project requirements and mutual agreement.
