R&D Design Engineer

Witney

£35,000 - £40,000 Per Annum


Our client have an exciting opportunity available for a R&D Design Engineer to join their ever-growing team based in Witney, Oxfordshire.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • The design and redesign of products
  • Initiate the builds and test the products at all stages of the design process
  • Report the test results with conclusions and proposed steps
  • Produce bills of materials for products
  • Work alongside with other members of the engineering team
  • A degree in engineering (preferably mechanical, electrical or product design background)
  • Experience as an research and development engineer
  • Experience of 3D CAD software (Autodesk Inventor)
  • The ability to read engineering drawings
  • Working under own initiative and able to project manage efficiently
  • Provide concise reports when required
