Summary
Lextons are looking for a Saturday sales administrator to join our friendly team. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer service via the telephone and for walk-in customers.


The Role

  • Registering potential buyers and arranging viewings via telephone and in person.
  • Booking in valuations.
  • Liaising with vendors to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Ensuring both soft and hard files are up to date and scanned onto our system.
  • Sending offer confirmation forms.
  • Maintaining the office appearance.
  • Other administration and project duties as directed by the company.

The Person

  • Good knowledge of MS office products.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills.
  • Experience in a customer service environment.
  • Confident telephone manner.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Prior experience in a customer facing role.
