Butler Rose is excited to be supporting a premium brand based in Milton Keynes with the recruitment of an Assistant Finance Business Partner - Capex.

This role is to report into the Finance Business Partner and FP&A Manager and provide clear and effective insight into actual and planned costings associated with new projects ensuring financial resources are allocated are contributing both effectively and efficiently.

Duties will include the following:

Maintain meaningful and accurate budgets and forecasts
Build effective relationships with project managers to build a good understanding of projects and use the knowledge to contribute towards reporting.
Prepare and present financial reports to the Finance Business Partner
Maintain accurate financial insights that facilitate the tracking of projects against targets
Support on projects and preparation of adhoc management information

Person specification:

Current CIMA or ACCA studier
Previous exposure to Management Accounts (ideally in Engineering / Manufacturing)
Excellent MS Excel skills
Ability to manipulate and analyse large data and has strong analytical skills.
