Morrow Contracts is an integral member of the utilities industry, a joint-venture company undertaking electricity, sewer, telecoms, gas, roads and, water works, civil engineering, fibre cable installations etc.
throughout Northern Ireland and the UK.We have a Position for an Enthusiastic & Reliable individual to join our Office Based Administration team.
We are currently building fibre cable in Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom and Require an Individual who is competent in dealing with a fast-paced work environment, using an array of computer systems and is keen to develop new skills.
Working Hours
Monday - Friday (09:00am - 5:00pm)
The position would be Full
- Time Permanent, with the possibility of Overtime hours in Peak times.
Salary
To be Negotiated, depending on Experience
About The Role
Working as part of an established team and reporting to the Office Manager, we require the following:
- IT & Computer systems such as Microsoft Office Systems, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook as well as App
(_Training will be Provided for Geographical systems such as - Aurora, Symology, ARC Gis, LSBud, Google Maps & Gridfinder)_
- Applicants should be Competent to work on Multiple Computer Systems at once
- Confident in receiving Calls from Clients, Operatives & the Public
- Ability to Record & Delegate Accurate Information to Team Members
- Planning & Updating Schedules, Meetings, Making Appointments & Participating in Teams Calls
- Ability to meet Work Objectives
- Strong Organisational and Communication Skills
- Excellent Attention to Detail, Data & Information
- Requires the ability to work Independently or as part of a Team
- Enthusiastic, Reliable & Flexible Attitude towards Work
- Good Punctuality
