    Job title: UKIN Security Manager

    Description

    We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer - Security to join our team at CEVA Logistics.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our logistics operations comply with security legislations and GDPR rules.

    This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics, therefore excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

    About the Role:

    • Ensure compliance with security legislations and GDPR rules within our logistics operations
    • Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure security protocols are followed
    • Liaise with sites to ensure fire protection and dangerous goods processes are followed
    • Manage and maintain security service contracts and supplier management
    • Conduct site-based security audits and control investigations
    • Provide regular security and compliance updates and communications

    Requirements:

    • Proven background in security and compliance management, ideally within a logistics or warehousing environment
    • Experience of conducting investigations, security audits, site risk assessments, and site security implementations
    • Knowledge of fire protection and dangerous goods processes
    • Excellent report writing and statistical investigative skills
    • Strong decision-making, negotiation, and influencing skills
