Indirect and ESG/Sustainability Procurement Business Partner - British Software Design Company - North London / Midlands - £70-85k + package


Leading British Technology organization specializing in the architecture, development and licensing of high performing, energy efficient interconnect technologies is seeking an ambitious procurement leader to join their team as an Indirect and Sustainability Procurement Business Partner.


With my client embarking on an exciting transformation program they are passionate about delivering value to the business with a heavy focus on sustainability and responsible procurement at the core of everything they do.

With this growth they have established a brand-new role which will give the successful procurement professional a fantastic platform to build, shape, and drive value within a meaningful are of business.


Position Overview:


As the ESG and Sustainability Procurement Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving sustainable and responsible procurement practices throughout their supply chain.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and partners to ensure that their procurement processes align with their ESG goals, fostering a culture of sustainability business practices.


  • Linee management of the Responsible Procurement Specialist, including continuous development of capability to meet growing business expectations
  • Implementation of the responsible procurement strategy, to enable delivery of the business ESG ambitions
  • Working with their supply chain to identify and implement initiatives that will have a positive impact on planet and or people

Required Skills:


  • Subject matter expert in environmental sustainability within procurement and subsequent supply chains, particularly as it related to climate impact, suppliers diversity equity and inclusion, social impact and other environmental considerations
  • Procurement category strategy background with exposure to the indirect spend
