Position Overview:
As a Mortgage & Protection Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping individuals and families achieve their dream of homeownership whilst reviewing existing clients to obtain the most cost effective rates available to them.
You will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage process, providing expert advice, and securing the best mortgage and wealth protection solutions tailored to their unique financial situations.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation:
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their financial goals, assess their eligibility, and determine the most suitable mortgage products.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about market trends, interest rates, and mortgage products to provide clients with up-to-date and relevant information.
Compliance:
You will have access to your very own compliance team to enable you to stay compliant with industry regulations and ensure all documentation and processes adhere to legal and ethical standards.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the mortgage process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker
- CeMAP or Cert CII (MP)
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, interest rates, and financial markets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently
- Knowledge of current industry regulations and compliance standards
