A reputable global recruitment business is seeking an enthusiastic Internal Recruiter & HR Assistant to join their team in their Head Office in London.

Reporting to the Divisional Director of Operations, this role presents a brilliant opportunity to build a rewarding career in a fast-growing company.

This role is 70% recruitment and 30% HR assistant duties.


My client is a technical recruitment company with a worldwide turnover approaching £(phone number removed) and with 50 staff, my client operates globally via its network of companies and offices in: London, Manchester, Glasgow, Dublin, Leipzig, Bologna, Prague, Nicosia, and Abu Dhabi.

The medium-term aim of the Company is to grow to a £60M+ business with 80+ staff and 1000+ contractors on assignment


The Talent Acquisition Specialist will:


  • Collate and manage all authorised internal vacancies
  • Collaborate with the internal hiring managers to write or update job descriptions and adverts for internal vacancies
  • Advertise internal job opportunities on all available channels
  • Ensure all onboarding checks, including full referencing, is completed for each new internal hire
  • Conduct induction programmes for all new internal hires
You could have the option to learn and manage HR responsibilities such as;

  • Carrying out new starter inductions
  • Organising and scheduling of Probation Reviews, Appraisals and Development Reviews
  • Help identify and then organise employee training and development programmes
  • Develop and implement staff retention initiatives
  • Maintain staff HR files and update as required
  • Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and ensure the business is compliant
  • Overseeing matters of employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health

The Individual

  • Deep knowledge of resourcing methods and platforms
  • Minimum 23 years of 360 recruitment experience
  • Demonstrable knowledge of competencybased screening/interviewing.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to take ownership of the offer process.
  • Selfstarter, flexible and adaptable to constant change with the ability to work in a fastpaced, results driven, highdemand environment
  • Goal orientated with strong organisational and project management skills
  • Interest in all aspects of Human Resources and HR best practice
  • Must be able to attend the office 4 days a week

£35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
