Commercial Asbestos Surveyor

£30,000 - £36,000 + Benefits

Our client, a leading Asbestos Risk Management Consultancy are on the look-out for an experienced and self-starting Asbestos Surveyor to conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on a range of commercial projects located across the Midlandsand surrounding areas.

On offer is a very competitive salary of up to £36,000 + a full benefits package which includes a company vehicle, smart phone, working away supplement and expenses, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays and further training opportunities to develop your skill-set.

Role Requirements:

BOHS P402/RSPH3 qualified with a minimum of 3 years' experience in asbestos surveying
Ability to undertake R&D asbestos surveys on large scale commercial premises
Full UK driving license and willing to commute
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in Microsoft Office packages and experienced in producing asbestos reports electronically
Broad understanding of

HSG:
264 and the asbestos legislation in relation to asbestos
