Are you creative, innovative and have a passion for training and developing a team to their full potential?
We are seeking a Functional Trainer to join our Learning and Development team specifically focussing on our Compounding Unit.


In this role you will play a pivotal part in shaping a culture of continuous improvement by delivering exceptional training interventions to ensure best practices are ingrained throughout the compounding unit.


You will have the opportunity to design and deliver training interventions that maximise learning across a variety of mediums and optimise the transfer of learning to the workplace by creating and utilising interactive sessions.

This all sounds great - What key skills do I need to apply:

  • Experience in successfully delivering and designing training programmes
  • Substantial customer service experience in a quality / regulated environment
  • Ideally from pharmacy/healthcare/contact Centre background
  • Previous experience in an aseptic environment
  • Previous GMP experience
