Description
Our client, a busy and reputable independant estate agents, is seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Progressor to join their existing team.
As a Sales Progressor, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth transition of property sales from offer acceptance to completion.
You will liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely progress and resolution of any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the progression of property sales from agreed offer to exchange and completion.
- Communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the sales process.
- Keep all parties informed of progress, updates, and next steps in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to each sale.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Progressor or similar role within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of the property sales process and conveyancing procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology.
- Flexibility to work fulltime or parttime, with the option for hybrid working arrangements.
